I've been making a diagram to put into a post, so consider me Deeply Thrilled by the Venn representation here and the delicious-as-always brain snacks. Mwa

I would also love to read Helen Garner's take on Mushroom Chef, Helen is a national treasure.

I just finished Fourth Wing and really liked it, so disappointing to hear they don't get better.

Great reviews 👌 will be adding a few to my read list.

Hard agree on Onyx Storm - I loved reading it, and will read the rest, but there is no way to justify how poorly it's written (it's a "read for the fun" kind of book for me). I truly could not follow half the important scenes because there is ZERO CONTEXT for what is happening, and every single character, no matter how minor, has a full ass first and last name (used interchangeably by the other characters), AND a named dragon / griffon (who also has a nickname), AND a weird power that has a fancy name that does not help describe what they can do. Made it truly impossible to follow or feel emotionally invested.

I get it, I just don’t need to read about it every 40 pages.
